Ryan Phillippe Shirtless For Men’s Fitness
The 42-year-old hunk is in the best shape of his life and is about to
release an app aimed to help middle-aged men stay young and fit.
Phillippe started working with software engineers two years ago (15) on a digital fitness program called Become.
“I and others like me have worked with some of the best trainers,
nutritionists, and doctors,” Phillippe explains. “We’re going to take
all that work away for our users—men over 40 who want to stay fit and
look young. The Become app will cut through and simplify.”
